Dates & Schedule
Chabad Hebrew School of Collingwood runs from October through May, with classes held Sunday from 10:30 AM to 12:00 PM.
Tuition
The annual tuition for Hebrew School is $650 per student.
Available Discounts
- $50 Early Bird Discount for registrations fully completed before Aug 20.
- $20 Sibling Discount for each additional child enrolled.
- $50 Referral Discount when you refer a new family that enrolls in our Hebrew School.
Payment Options
Tuition may be paid:
- In one full payment by October 1, or
- In three equal installments, due on October 1, November 1, and December 1.
If you require an alternative payment arrangement, please contact us. We are committed to making Jewish education accessible to every family. No Jewish child will be turned away due to financial circumstances.
Registration & Tuition Policy
To enroll your child(ren) in Chabad Hebrew School of Collingwood, all registration forms must be completed and submitted. Enrollment is confirmed once all required forms have been received.
Registration is for the full school year. As staffing and classroom planning are based on enrollment, tuition is non-refundable, including absences due to illness, vacations, weather-related cancellations, or withdrawal during the school year.
Learning Environment
Our Hebrew School is designed for children who are able to participate successfully in a group learning environment. If, after working together with a family, the Director determines that another educational setting would better meet a child's needs, we will discuss appropriate options with the parents and help identify alternative programs whenever possible.
Photography & Media Release
Throughout the year, we may take photographs during classes and special events to celebrate our students and share the joy of Hebrew School with our community.
By registering, parents grant permission for photographs of their child(ren) to be used in Chabad Hebrew School publications, newsletters, social media, and on our website. Children's full names will not be published without additional permission.
If you prefer that your child not be photographed, please let us know in writing.
Medical Authorization
In the event of a medical emergency, parents or legal guardians authorize Chabad Hebrew School staff to obtain emergency medical treatment for their child if they cannot be reached immediately.
Every reasonable effort will be made to contact parents or emergency contacts before treatment is administered whenever circumstances allow. Parents or guardians remain responsible for any medical expenses incurred.
