Chabad Collingwood Takeout & Catering – Terms & Guidelines

We strive to ensure the best taste and quality in every dish. Please review the following details carefully before placing your order.

GENERAL INFORMATION

• All items are priced per individual serving.
• All dairy is Chalav Yisroel.
• All bread is Pas Yisroel.
• All food is prepared in Chabad’s kitchen.

ORDERING & PICKUP

• Order Deadline: All orders must be placed at least 72 hours in advance to guarantee availability.
• For orders within 72 hours, please email [email protected] before placing your order.
• Orders placed less than 72 hours in advance may be accepted at our discretion and may be subject to a 15% rush fee
• Pickup Hours: Orders are available for pickup between 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM.
• Chanukah Pickup Hours: Orders are available for pickup between 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM.
• Pickup Location: All pickups are at Chabad Collingwood (address provided in confirmation email).
• Catering for Large Groups: Please place catering orders at least 1 week in advance.

CANCELLATION POLICY

• Any order canceled will have the processing fee deducted from the refund.
• Cancellations made less than 2 days prior to pickup will incur a 30% fee.
• Unauthorized Orders: If an order is placed within 72 hours without prior approval and cannot be fulfilled, a 15% processing fee will be charged upon refund and cancellation.
